Job Summary: Assist store management with operations, develop associates, and meet sales goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Meet/exceed sales goals
• Train and develop sales team
• Provide feedback and enforce policies
• Handle opening/closing duties
• Manage store operations and loss prevention in management's absence
• Communicate store needs
• Complete deposits and tasks promptly
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues

Job Requirements:

• Retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work nights/weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
