Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Who We Market To

We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have an overwhelming number of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

How We Get Paid

This position is commission-only! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure that can earn associates up to $600 for a single sale.

Training We Provide

We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. This includes training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing your own agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
