Candidate Profile: We are selective and look for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly; you could be paid within a week of your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure where associates earn $600 per sale.

Training Provided

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies quickly. We aim to help you make money and can assist in growing your own agency within months.
