Acosta Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic retail setting.

You will meet and exceed personal sales goals, train and mentor staff, conduct onboarding and coaching sessions, handle escalated issues per carrier guidelines, and travel between store locations as needed.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$20/hr. + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
