Acosta Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store performance and coach sales teams. You will engage customers, train staff, and execute onboarding and ongoing development to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes meeting KPIs, leading by example, and managing shifts with independent decision-making. Travel between stores is possible; evenings and weekends may be required.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$20/hr. + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
