Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead in Boardman, OH to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond transactions and delivers personalized experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver on sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening and closing.

• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management and replenishment.
