Job summary

Chico's in Boardman, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager by leading the team and delivering a premier customer experience. You will help build community connections through in-store events and partnerships while driving the store toward financial goals and growth.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining brand standards on the sales floor, and overseeing inventory and operations with an omni-channel mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
