Job summary

Chico's in Holland, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional guest experiences on the floor. You will coach teammates, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while upholding brand standards and driving sales through omni-channel approaches.

You will contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders, and you will adapt to a dynamic retail setting with a focus on customer care

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel initiatives.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share and reinforce brand priorities and store policies with the team.
