Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) at Hilton Head, SC to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales. You will support opening and closing and assist management in daily operations.

As a part-time associate, you will lead by example, coach team members, and promote programs like Jockey Rewards while ensuring a welcoming guest experience. PTO and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team at our Hilton Head, SC location. As a Sales Lead for Jockey, you will provide excellent customer service following Jockey's service principles focusing on the achievement of store goals and maximizing sales. In addition, you will provide management assistance with opening and closing of store.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Promote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards® membership
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales, goals and profitability.
• Perform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management including opening and closing the store in accordance with Jockey's policies.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) of product in the store, in adherence to established visual standards.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all Jockey policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• 1 year of management experience
• Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending / descending ladder to stock and merchandise store.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.
