Job summary

Under Armour in Bluffton area is seeking a Sales Keyholder to support store leaders, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain energy on the sales floor.

You will open and close the store, help manage loss prevention, ensure stock and layout, and deliver athlete-focused service using handheld devices. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ($16.75–$18.83) and benefits, in a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Strong selling experience with industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audits.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Drive sales and KPI targets.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, teammates and leadership.
• Assume Stock Keyholder responsibilities as necessary.
