Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Keyholder to support store leadership in delivering a high-energy customer experience. You will drive sales, train teammates, manage loss prevention, and ensure floor sets and merchandising standards are maintained.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, 18+ years old, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior knowledge of store operations is beneficial.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and retail/omni KPI target achievement.
• Act as the leader on duty and model brand standards.
• Provide in-depth information related to a wide portfolio of technical products.
• Partner with store leadership to maintain standards.
• Evaluate store sales and payroll goals using payroll reports; adjust schedules.
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experience and applications.
• Communicate with athletes, teammates, and leadership.
• Assume Stock Keyholder responsibilities as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
