Job Description

As the Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM), you will be the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers both inside and outside of the hospital. You will be primarily responsible for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services; identifying, developing, and closing MoS opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.

Your role:
  • Collaborate with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers, Interventional Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D), Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CV Ultrasound), Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics in Cardiology (EDI Cardiology), and Out of Hospital Business Development Managers. Work closely with account managers in Precision Diagnosis (CT, MRI, DXR) and Connected Care Patient Monitoring, as well as Account Executives, Specialists, Services, and Solutions teams.
  • Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and targets. Develop and refine business strategies based on a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including business models, product features, service offerings, and positioning, to achieve sales targets.
  • Document the territory install base related to the solutions represented, and establish plans to address all assigned accounts within the territory, including breakthrough competitive accounts, segment strategies, and understanding market potential.
  • Drive the sales process by uncovering compelling customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, executing C-Arm demos, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships that build trust with external and internal customers, focusing on delivering customer-centric solutions by understanding their needs and pain points.
You're the right fit if:
  • You have 5+ years of Medical Device Sales experience, specifically selling directly into the OR. Experience with Capital equipment and selling into Radiology is highly preferred.
  • You demonstrate Solution Selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
  • You hold a BS/BA Degree in a related discipline or have equivalent experience.
  • You can successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements for this Sales position, with or without accommodations.
  • You are willing to travel within New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
How We Work Together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at the company’s facilities. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

This is a field-based role.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $195,000 to $225,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car, based on performance at 85%-120%. Total compensation may vary depending on individual performance. Benefits include PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not available. Relocation benefits are not provided. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of NY Metro, Long Island, CT, or North NJ. The role remains active for 45 days or until a suitable candidate is found.
