Job summary

Altria Group Distribution Company in Indiana offers a 10-week Sales Intern program designed to turn your summer into real preparation for a business career. You will own projects, network with leaders, and gain hands-on experience beyond shadowing, with opportunities across 40+ markets nationwide and future internship and full-time prospects.

As a Sales Intern, you’ll work with leaders to grow retailers' businesses, analyze trends and customer insights, and present recommendations.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales leaders to help businesses grow and uncover opportunities.
• Build relationships with retailers and learn how partnerships drive success.
• Analyze trends, data and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives to create impact.
• Develop solutions and present recommendations to leaders.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders.
