Job summary

Altria is offering a Sales Internship for the upcoming summer, providing hands-on experience in partnerships, data analysis, and strategic initiatives. You'll work with experienced sales leaders to grow businesses, solve challenges, and uncover opportunities across multiple markets in the United States.

During the program, you’ll gain exposure to marketing, business strategy, and leadership development while delivering a real impact on stores and communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record in the past 3 years.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday–Friday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and learn how partnerships drive business success.
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create real impact.
• Develop creative solutions to business challenges and present recommendations.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders.
• Network with fellow interns and employees through events and community activities.
