Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate of $16–$18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses
• Flexible hours: minimum 12 hours/week during fall and spring semesters, scheduled around classes; 40 hours/week during summer
• Paid internship; no academic or class credit
