Job summary

A&C Plastics in Houston, TX invites a motivated college student to join our Sales Internship and gain real-world B2B selling experience in the plastics industry. You will shadow the sales team, conduct account research, and build foundational product knowledge while contributing to meaningful projects.

This summer internship runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with compensation of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM during the semester.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the sales team to learn direct selling techniques.
• Assist with account research to identify new and inactive accounts.
• Build product knowledge of plastics materials and industry.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and team initiatives.
• Receive mentorship from senior sales managers.
