Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Sales experience or related customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Post internships opportunities and manage candidate communications.
• Assist recruiters with interviews and scheduling.
• Shadow recruiters and account managers to learn processes.
• Support client visits and acquisition activities.
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation.
