Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) invites applicants to a 10-week Sales internship based in Chicago. You will support the Sales and Sales Planning teams, gain exposure to retail and wholesale fundamentals, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Selected interns will shadow teams, assist with samples and reports, attend weekly meetings, and manage sample workflows while learning forecasting and inventory processes. Apply to grow with a global apparel leader.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• On-site availability, Monday–Friday.
• Able to commit to the full 10-week duration.
• Strong collaboration and proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal/customer meetings.
• Attend weekly meetings.
• Own sample management (assortment boards, PP/TOP samples).
• Exposure to OTB and Inventory Management processes.
• Work closely with the Merchandising Department based on Sales needs.
• Work with Sales to manage PO activity for each customer and category.
• Learn forecasting and projections for product categories.
