You will rotate through warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, and branch operations, with mentorship and a real business project to solve. Strong communication, curiosity, and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Build customer service, product knowledge, sales process, and relationship management skills through real work in a Ferguson branch.
• Work alongside experienced sales, operations, and branch leaders to understand how we serve customers and support each other as a team.
• Contribute to a sales-focused project and present insights to leaders.
