Job summary

Anheuser-Busch invites university students and recent graduates to join our 10-week Sales Internship Program across locations in the United States. Interns will work on a Sales project to build foundational commercial acumen and participate in leadership development within our Commercial organization.

Interns gain hands-on field experience, opportunities to develop leadership capabilities, and a platform to present final results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate
• GPA 3.0 or greater
• Background in Business or Sales encouraged, but all majors accepted
• Geographical mobility across the U.S. during the 10-week internship
• No visa sponsorship for F-1/H-1B or green card eligibility will be offered

SALES: $26.00 per hour + housing & travel stipends based on eligibility

Sales interns will immerse themselves in a Sales project to learn the foundation of the Company’s commercial organization. This is pivotal in ensuring trainees build foundational Sales acumen and will provide the platform and relevant experiences right from the start to grow within the Commercial organization.

Sales interns will gain an in-depth view of the Sales organization, as well as flex creative and analytical muscles through project work in one of our Commercial business areas during their time in our internship. The internship takes place over the course of 10-weeks; however, we are flexible to adjust as necessary based on the external environment and business need.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field Experience in one of ourFront-Line Sales & Distribution Centersto understand theSalesfoundationofourbusiness.
• Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term leadership potential.
• Upon successful completion of the internship,you will be given the opportunity to present your final project(s) and results to our members ofSeniorLeadership.

JOB QUALIFICAT I ONS:

• Current university student or recent university graduate –Bachelor’s Degreewith aGPA3.0 or greater.
• A background in Businessor Sales is encouraged, but all majors are accepted.
• Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencingdifferent functionsand locations across the U.S. during the 10-week internship.
• As a general rule, the Company does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor individuals for purposes of obtaining temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B) or permanent residency (“Green Cards”). Individuals whorequiresponsorship will be removed from the selection process.
