Job summary

Cardinal Health offers a Sales Internship for Summer 2027 in Dublin, Ohio. The 10-12 week program provides hands-on projects, mentoring, and exposure to the healthcare industry.

It includes real-world experience, professional development, and networking with leaders, with a chance to interview for full-time roles after completion. Location is Dublin, Ohio, starting May 17 or May 24, 2027, with approximately 40 hours per week and housing assistance for non-locals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in General Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028 (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations.

Responsibilities

• Improve sales operational effectiveness with ongoing process improvement and/or technology.
• Call on prospective customers and/or current customers via phone and email to generate interest in Cardinal Health.
• Proactively identify and execute enhancements that reduce sales leakage.
• Support business objectives and projects by developing, maintaining, and presenting reporting and dashboarding.
• Assist in the development and updating of standard selling and sales operating procedures.
• Amplify team accountability to deliver on commitments and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
