Job summary

You will gain professional development through mentoring, workshops, and networking with leaders. Start date is May 17 or 24, 2027, with roughly 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks, and housing assistance is provided for non-local students.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in HR or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Active participation in extracurricular or professional activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition advisors and recruiters on initiatives and projects.
• Assist with recruiting operations and candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communications.
• Support pre-employment processes, documentation tracking, and next steps with candidates.
• Assist with employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing activities.
• Research recruiting trends, candidate preferences, and market practices.
• Monitor Talent Acquisition team communications and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and develop insights for process improvements.
• Participate in special projects supporting Talent Acquisition priorities.
• Gain exposure to various Talent Acquisition functions through collaboration with recruiters and HR partners.
