Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies is offering a paid Summer 2027 Sales Internship across multiple U.S. locations. Interns will gain hands-on project experience, work with senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on real business initiatives.

High-performing interns may be eligible for the Accelerated Management Program (AMP), a full-time leadership development track focused on outside sales after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and project‑planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the assigned work location.
• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete an individual project with the assigned team.
• Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Present project updates, milestones, and challenges to leadership.
• Participate in networking and team-building activities.
• Support business and operational objectives.
• Travel for business purposes for approximately two weeks.
