Daikin Comfort offers a Sales Internship designed as a feeder program into the Accelerated Management Program (AMP), leading to full-time Outside Sales after graduation. The internship may be located in multiple cities including Houston, TX and other major markets, with opportunities to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Interns will work on projects, gain visibility with VPs, and participate in networking and team-building activities while traveling for project

Formación

• No previous experience is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year college or university
• Graduation dates: December 2027- May 2028

Responsabilidades

The Sales Internship is designed as a feeder program into Daikin's Accelerated Management Program (AMP), offering top-performing interns a pathway to a full-time employment through a leadership development experience focused on Outside Sales after graduation.

This position may be located in the following cities: Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Kansas City, KS; Tacoma, WA; Portland, OR; Jacksonville, FL; Orlando, FL; Columbus, OH; Louisville, KY; Baltimore, MD

Position Responsibilities

During the internship, college students will:

• Work on an individual project with your direct team
• Interact with leadership in the company, including VPs
• Network across functions and teams
• Participate in social and team building activities
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Provide report outs to leadership on project milestones and challenges
• Utilize reliable transportation to consistently commute to and from their assigned work location
