Job summary

TechSmith Corporation offers a Sales Intern program designed to support the Revenue Organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care. Interns will learn through coaching, work across teams, and contribute to real business projects.

Applicants should be enrolled in a degree program, available 12–18 hours per week, and able to work 20% of time in the East Lansing, MI office. Competitive hourly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled for at least 6 credits (undergrad) or 3 credits (grad) for Fall and/or Spring semesters; Summer class enrollment not required.
• Minimum of 12 hours per week, up to 18 hours per week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of priority customer missions and leading products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales and marketing deliverables.
• Interact with customers and partners worldwide as part of Sales development and partner support.
• Work with Sales in day-to-day operations and contribute as a productive team member.
• Assist customers to ensure a positive purchasing experience.
• Handle sales concerns, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
• Engage in special projects and analyze sales data to improve processes.
