Job summary

TechSmith Corporation invites interns to join the Spring and Summer Sales Internship program in East Lansing. You will support the Revenue Organization, learn our software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales and marketing deliverables.

You will engage with customers globally, gain hands-on sales experience, and work 12–18 hours per week with a 20% in-office requirement at our East Lansing, MI headquarters. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
• Resourceful, customer-focused and a team player.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills are essential.
• Enrolled in undergrad (6+ credits) or grad (3+ credits) for Fall/Spring to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer missions and products.
• Learn and use TechSmith software concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales/marketing deliverables.
• Interact with customers and partners globally as part of Sales development, providing high levels of service.
• Support Sales team in day-to-day operations and be a productive team member.
• Assist customers to ensure positive purchasing experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sales concerns.
• Work on special projects and analyze sales data.
• Capture product and customer data to improve sales opportunities.
