Job summary

TechSmith Corporation invites motivated students to join our Sales Intern program in East Lansing. You will work cross-functionally to learn our sales processes and assist in marketing deliverables, while engaging with customers worldwide.

This hourly internship offers 12–18 hours weekly, with the option to extend. You will gain real-world experience in software sales, analytics, and customer service while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program (undergrad or grad) to be considered.
• Minimum of 12 hours per week and up to 18 hours per week year round.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the company’s priority missions and products.
• Assist in creating sales and marketing deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with customers and partners globally as part of Sales development and support activities.
• Support day-to-day Sales operations and contribute as a productive team member.
• Manage customer inquiries to ensure a positive purchasing experience.
