Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Majoring in Professional Sales, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related fields.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visits to communities and sites.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective homebuyers visiting Welcome Home Centers and model homes.
• Shadow New Home Consultants to learn the home sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Support customer follow-up activities and maintain records in company systems.
• Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and lead generation activities.
• Learn about Lennar communities, home designs, financing options, and the local housing market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Construction, and Customer Care to understand the homebuilding process.
