Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in customer engagement.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn about sales strategy, operations, and financial technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with lead generation activities including researching prospective customers and supporting pipeline development.
• Support client outreach by preparing materials, tracking follow-up actions, and coordinating communications with prospects and customers.
• Maintain and update CRM records for accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity information.
• Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify trends, support reporting, and provide insights for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, and account teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, account summaries, and meeting materials for internal and customer-facing discussions.
• Document project outcomes, process improvements, and key learnings to support sales operations efficiency.
