ARS-Rescue Rooter in Greensboro, NC is hiring In-Store Sales Appointment Setters to engage homeowners shopping in major home-improvement retail locations. This high-energy role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and setting appointments for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

You will start friendly conversations with shoppers, educate them about home comfort options, and help schedule free in-home consultations while representing a trusted brand with no door-to-door

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members

We're hiring In-Store Sales Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting. You'll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.

• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
