ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Sales Appointment Setters to engage homeowners shopping for home comfort solutions. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations inside major home-improvement retail locations.

This is a high-energy sales position with UNCAPPED commission and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities. Weekend availability is required, and training is provided to help you build a successful career in HVAC sales.

We're hiring In-Store Sales Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You'll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.

Qualifications
