Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Appointment Setters to work inside major home-improvement retail locations. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to ARS home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

You will connect with homeowners while they shop, learn their home comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and IAQ

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.

We’re hiring In-Store Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

You’ll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.
