Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Head with deep expertise in business development for recruitment services (IT & Non-IT). In this role, you will drive client acquisition, expand revenue opportunities, and position SearchEnds as a trusted hiring partner for leading organizations across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard companies with hiring needs (B2B).
  • Revenue Generation: Own the sales target and drive consistent revenue through new business and account expansion.
  • Pitching Recruitment Solutions: Effectively present our recruitment services to HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and CXOs.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued partnership and business growth.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in business development for recruitment/staffing services (IT & Non-IT).
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead conversion, and client retention.
  • Industry Network: Strong connections within HR and talent acquisition communities is a big plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ownership Mindset: Self-driven professional who can work independently and take full accountability for targets.
  • Travel Readiness: Open to travel for in-person client meetings and networking events.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
