Job summary

Pleasantrees in Mount Clemens, Michigan, is seeking a Sales Guide to deliver an exceptional guest experience and represent the Pleasantrees brand on the shop floor.

You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and help maintain a welcoming store environment while supporting sales goals and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced guest-centric environment.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC).
• Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.

• Assist guests with understanding product benefits and offerings.

• Flexible and adaptable to become a team-oriented individual that fits in a collaborative fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
• Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy.
• Daily compliance with shop policies, including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
• Work closely with Receptionist to ensure exceptional, seamless guest experience.
• Contributes to the safety and sanitation of the store.
