Hyatt Vacation Ownership, a leading timeshare operator, is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events that make memorable vacation moments together.

A typical day includes engaging with hotel guests at desk locations, scheduling sales presentations, and delivering the highest level of service to exceed budgeted goals while ensuring eligibility.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
