Artemis Wax LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate in West Chester, PA. You will welcome guests, assess their skincare goals, and recommend waxing services, memberships, and retail products. Build rapport to prebook visits and drive commission through performance. You’ll open/close the center as a key holder and maintain a welcoming front desk.

The role emphasizes selling skills, strong customer care, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment with brand-standard expectations.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable problem solver and positive team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers.
• Able to adapt to different guest personalities and stay calm under pressure.
• Commitment to keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests, and prebook their next visit.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics; meeting goals increases commission.
• Learn guest needs, preferences, and skincare goals, and recommend services and products.
• Know services, packages, promotions, and retail; explain benefits of waxing regularly.
• Serve as a key holder, opening and closing the center.
• Greet guests, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns professionally.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
