Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests, and prebook their next visit.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Learn guest needs and skincare goals to recommend services and products.
• Know services, packages, promotions, and retail to explain benefits of waxing regularly.
• Greet guests, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns professionally.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
• Serve as a key holder for opening and closing the center.
