UPMA Group - European Wax Center in The Woodlands, TX seeks a dynamic Sales associate to drive business through authentic guest interactions and strong sales results. You will be the first face guests see, educating them about Wax Passes and ensuring a consistent, high-energy experience.

You should excel in a fast-paced environment, be sales-driven, and comfortable working flexible hours including weekends. Base pay starts at $12/hour with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

The Role: Not Just a Desk Job

This is a high-performance Sales role. While you are the first face our guests see, your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, sales-minded people who love the "hustle" and want to get paid for their performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Sales Cycle: You’ll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: You are the "Director of First Impressions", ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
• Master the Hustle: You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires high flexibility. You will lead a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings) and will be required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week to support our busiest times.
