The Role

Not Just a Desk Job. This high‑performance Sales role is the first face guests see and your primary mission is to drive business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, sales‑minded people who love the hustle and want to get paid for their performance.

Dreaming of the Suite? Many of our most successful Wax Specialists started at the front desk. If you have a passion for skincare but aren’t licensed yet, starting as a GSA allows you to learn the business from the ground up while working toward a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. We’ll support you and transition you into the Hub‑let program once you’re ready.

What You’ll Do

• Own the sales cycle: educate guests on proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to keep them on their beauty routine.
• Create the experience: you are the Director of First Impressions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
• Master the hustle: thrive in a fast‑paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic scheduling: high degree of flexibility, leading a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings).
• Required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week to support the busiest times.
