UPMA Group - European Wax Center is hiring for a Sales Associate in Frisco, TX. You’ll be the first face guests see, drive sales for Wax Passes, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

The Role

This is a high-performance Sales role. While you are the first face our guests see, your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, and sales‑minded people who love the "hustle" and want to get paid for their performance.

Many of our most successful Wax Specialists started exactly where you are—at the front desk! If you have the passion for skincare but are not licensed yet, starting as a GSA is the perfect way to learn the business from the ground up while you work toward your Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. We'll be here to cheer you on and transition you into the Hub‑let program once you're ready.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Sales Cycle: you'll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: you are the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
• Master the Hustle: you'll work in a fast‑paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic Scheduling: this role requires a high degree of flexibility. You will lead a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings) and will be required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.
• This is not a seasonal role – we're looking for a long‑term commitment!
• All applicants must be over the age of 18.
