Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a BLCSales Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire customers, and lead a high-performing sales team at the dealership. The role focuses on coaching, development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong community relationships and brand visibility.

You will use market insights and product knowledge to shape strategy, partner with marketing, forecast revenue, and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior sales experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to coach and develop a sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain yearly budget goals for the sales team and departments.
• Forecast annual sales revenue and manage activities to maximize revenue.
• Coach reps on presentations, objections, and competitive situations.
• Lead safety training and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and develop revenue growth plans with marketing.
