Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking a Director of Sales to guide the Distributor Sales team toward achieving revenue goals. You will mentor Territory Managers and agency partners, build key distributor relationships, and drive growth through strategic training and performance optimization.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to align initiatives and improve margins, forecasting, and customer satisfaction. Remote-ready role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with mentorship and team development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience overseeing sales teams and agency partnerships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the Sales Team, guiding Territory Managers and agency partners.
• Build and strengthen distributor and agency partnerships.
• Design and deliver impactful training programs on products to networks.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and expand market share.
• Regularly review sales data and KPIs to optimize performance.
• Ensure agency and territory targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
