Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our Distributor Sales team, nurture distributor and agency partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will train, coach, and empower Territory Managers and agencies to achieve ambitious targets while collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on mentoring and coaching across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales or account management (lighting industry preferred).
• 5 years of leadership/management experience overseeing sales teams or agencies.
• Proven leadership with mentorship, coaching, and team development.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; turning insights into growth plans.
• Experience managing independent sales agencies and distributor partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of the lighting industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• Adherence to Keystone’s Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Territory Managers and agency partners, fostering accountability and success.
• Build and strengthen distributor and agency partnerships.
• Sales training: design and deliver programs to agencies and distributors.
• Identify new opportunities with Territory Managers to grow market share.
• Review sales data and KPIs; provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure agencies and Territory Managers meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Create and evaluate sales reports to track performance and insights.
• Develop data-driven growth strategies and pricing insights.
• Review and approve key forecasting decisions and margins.
• Handle customer negotiations with customers and sales agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
