Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and mentor a Distributor Sales team, strengthening agency relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role emphasizes training, strategic partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration to meet ambitious targets.

You will oversee training programs, analyze performance metrics, and work with marketing and product teams to align initiatives with corporate goals. Remote-ready with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience leading sales teams and agencies (7–10 years).
• Proven mentorship and leadership with a focus on growth.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead Territory Managers and sales partners to drive accountability and success.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with distributor partners and independent sales agencies.
• Design and deliver training programs on products to agencies and distributors.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and expand market share.
• Regularly review sales data and KPIs and adjust strategies for growth.
• Own team accountability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Utilize data-driven insights to forecast and drive pricing and margin decisions.
