Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Sales Manager, Inside Sales (Group Manager, Inside Sales) to lead an inside sales team focused on acquiring luxury products from our consignor base. You’re customer-obsessed and strategic in building for the future.

You will coach, hire, train, and manage performance; shadow calls, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate Salesforce data while collaborating with other channels to drive partnerships and consignor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an inside sales team and meeting monthly targets.
• Ability to shadow calls, review written correspondence, and monitor KPIs.
• Proven coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training and performance management to ensure your team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets
• Shadow phone interactions, review written correspondence, and examine sales pipeline to monitor and improve team performance
• Monitor your team’s productivity and motivate individuals to reach daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
• Interview, hire, train and develop employees
• Ensure accurate information is captured in Salesforce, providing quality checks as needed
• Work closely with other sales channels and management teams to drive partnership and alignment
• Identify opportunities for workflow and reporting improvement and articulate execution plans to management team
• Coach team in providing world-class consignor experience through phone, email and text interactions
• Field general Q&A, manage elevated consignor issues directly with consignors and liaise with consignor relations to resolve

As a Group Manager, you will drive an inside sales team focused on acquiring luxury products from our existing consignor base.
