Job summary

MobilityWorks in Nashville is seeking a Selling General Manager to drive store operations and sales performance. You will oversee consumer and commercial sales, service operations, and staff development to meet store goals and personal targets.

As a leader, you will forecast sales, manage inventory with the team, and partner with HR to recruit and coach talent while upholding safety and company policy across all locations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years’ experience in sales management.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the stores operation to include consumer sales, commercial sales and service operations.
• Report store performance through KPIs outlined in Rhythm.
• Identify market opportunities and leverage corporate support to drive business through local marketing.
• Manage vehicle inventory in conjunction with the Inventory team.
• Partner with HR to hire and retain qualified candidates for staffing plans.
• Supervise and promote the sale of all company products and services from all locations.
• Forecast unit sales and gross profit levels.
