Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Specialist Sales Front Desk to welcome guests, present sales information, and coordinate experiences that create memorable vacations. This role emphasizes guest service, brand representation, and teamwork in a dynamic front-desk setting in San Francisco.

The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, is flexible to work weekends and holidays, and can maintain high professionalism while meeting presentations and goals.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information.
• Ensures that all guests are comfortable and offers refreshments to guests as they wait for sales presentations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.

As a Specialist Sales Front Desk, a typical day will include:

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information.
