L&M Fleet Supply Hayward store is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision. You will help guide staff, assist customers, and maintain a high level of professionalism and service.

This full-time role offers a targeted pay range of $20–$24 per hour, a flexible schedule with varied shifts and every-other-weekend rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with 10% match, life and disability insurance, paid time

• 2 years of L&M Supply experience in positions with more responsibility OR 2 years of related supervisory experience.
• Previous supervisory role experience is required.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $20-24 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Sales Floor Supervisor is a member of our Store Management Team and will be supporting the Store Manager in the management of the store staff and daily operations. You must have previous experience in a supervisory role as you will be helping guide staff & customers and will need a higher level of professionalism. Additional role responsibilities include ensuring customer servic e is a priority, overseeing employee tasks & work assignments, resolving customer issues/concerns, ensuring policies & procedures, addressing employee issues, coaching, performance reviews, and other day to day tasks.
