L&M Fleet Supply is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor (Hardlines) for the Virginia, MN store. You will join our store management team, supporting the Store Manager in staff supervision and daily operations, while prioritizing customer service and a positive atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of L&M Supply experience with increased responsibility or 2 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of L&M Supply experience in roles with more responsibility or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, guide customer interactions, and maintain professionalism.
• Experience coaching, conducting performance reviews, and daily task management.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $20-24 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Sales Floor Supervisor is a member of our Store Management Team and will be supporting the Store Manager in the management of the store staff and daily operations. You must have previous experience in a supervisory role as you will be helping guide staff & customers and will need a higher level of professionalism. Additional role responsibilities include ensuring customer servic e is a priority, overseeing employee tasks & work assignments, resolving customer issues/concern, ensuring policies & procedures, addressing employee issues, coaching, performance reviews, and other day to day tasks.
