L&M Fleet Supply in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision. This full-time position features a flexible schedule with varied shift times, every other weekend rotation, and a targeted pay range of $20-24 per hour.

You will guide staff, ensure excellent customer service, coach team members, and help enforce policies and procedures.

What you'll do in this role:

Our Sales Floor Supervisor is a member of our Store Management Team and will be supporting the Store Manager in the management of the store staff and daily operations. You must have previous experience in a supervisory role as you will be helping guide staff & customers and will need a higher level of professionalism. Additional role responsibilities include ensuring customer servic e is a priority, overseeing employee tasks & work assignments, resolving customer issues/concerns, ensuring policies & procedures, addressing employee issues, coaching, performance reviews, and other day to day tasks.
